In allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen stehen wir den Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften als Sparringspartner zur Seite. Gemeinsam kümmern wir uns um die verschiedenen Schwerpunkte wie Recruiting, Personalbetreuung und -entwicklung sowie On- und Offboarding.
Gerade zu dieser aufregenden Zeit erleben wir im Moment einen Umschwung unserer langjährigen Prozesse und Strukturen. Diesen Umschwung können Sie positiv mitgestalten. Bauen Sie mit uns ein komplett neues Recruitingteam auf. Dabei genießen Sie den Freiraum, Ihre Ideen und Konzepte in unseren Arbeitsalltag voranzubringen und flexibel an mehreren Tagen in der Woche aus dem Home Office zu arbeiten.
- Sie steuern den gesamten Recruitingprozess für unseren Standort Oberschleißheim
- Gemeinsam in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich identifizieren Sie den zukünftigen Personalbedarf und verantworten die Ausschreibung über die passenden Medien
- Aktive Suche und Erstansprache latent wechselbereiter Kandidat*innen über verschiedene Netzwerke
- Sichtung und Vorauswahl von Bewerbungsunterlagen sowie Durchführung von telefonischen, onlinebasierten und persönlichen Interviews
- Vertragsabschluss und Onboarding der neuen Kolleg*innen
- Netzwerkausbau an Techniker- und Meisterschulen und Freude an weiteren kreativen Maßnahmen zur Personalgewinnung insbesondere im Blue Collar Bereich
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, anschließende mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting
- Eine dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich, die Arbeit im Recruiting sowohl offline als auch online begeistert Sie jeden Tag auf's Neue
- Sie bringen Empathie und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen mit, haben Lust auf Veränderung und wollen Ihre Erfahrungen in unser Team einbringen
- Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Suchmethoden (Boolesche Operatoren, Semantische Suche) sind von Vorteil
- Sie lieben Networking innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens, um Input aus anderen Bereichen bei Bachner oder aus anderen Unternehmen in das Recruiting zu integrieren
- Sie teilen unseren Teamspirit, legen Wert auf eine offene und konstruktive Kommunikation

Unsere Kolleg:innen bei Elektro Bachner sitzen an verschiedenen Standorten in ganz Deutschland und Österreich. In Zukunft möchten wir das Recruiting vor Ort weiter ausbauen und am Standort Oberschleißheim diese Stelle neu schaffen.
Ihre Einarbeitungsphase aber auch weitere strategische Termine und Teambuildingmaßnahmen werden teilweise auch in unserer Zentrale in Mainburg oder mit Fach- und Führungskräften an unseren anderen Standorten stattfinden.

We offer all our colleagues free insurance coverage worth around €40 per month. Our Bachner Group contract provides partial or full reimbursement for dental treatment, subsidies for glasses and contact lenses, and coverage for up to 45 days a year for worldwide travel abroad.
Employer-funded accident insurance
From their first day of work, all Bachner employees also have private accident insurance. The protection also includes accidents that occur during leisure time and abroad. Our personnel office will handle the compensation payments for you.
Lifetime work account
We support flexible life planning for our colleagues and are happy to allow them to take a sabbatical or private training, for example. To this end, you can pay your remaining vacation, special payments, overtime or part of your salary into a so-called working time account. The paid-in remuneration can be used flexibly for a later leave of absence.
Company pension scheme
We finance your retirement provision through the ElektroRente in the amount of up to €60 per month. In addition, you can top up your monthly contributions through deferred compensation. We will support you with another 15 % on top.
BusinessBike

Subsidy for daycare centers, day nurseries and daycare for children
We support you in balancing family and career in many ways. For the care of your little ones, you will receive a subsidy of €75 per month and child for a daycare center, crèche or daycare. If available, we offer our colleagues in Mainburg a place in our kindergarten group Igelbau.
Promotion of further and advanced training
We demand and encourage independent action and work in all areas. And we create the basis for this through appropriate training, continuing education and regular training courses. Of course in technical matters, but also in personal and social aspects.
Workwear & BachnerShop
When you start work, we will provide you with three pairs of professional work pants and tops free of charge, as well as a pair of safety shoes every year.
