"The advancement of digitalization requires powerful and efficient electrical technology," says Hans Bachner, Managing Partner of the Bachner Group. "For it is only in perfect coordination with that, that the big developments of the future, such as e-mobility, smart grids, Industry 4.0, AI and, of course, fast Internet, will work. We have grown with such exciting developments of the future and a wide variety of major clients in various industries to now have over 700 employees, and we're continuing to grow. This requires people who will shape the future – young people who want to work on the projects of our internationally active customers. I'm looking forward to tackling this together with our 16 new junior staff members."
"Growing together and learning from each other"
As has been the case for years, the Bachner Group attaches great importance to getting young people excited about their future profession and the company from day one. During the two week introductory phase from September 1 to 10, the 16 apprentices can expect, among other things, an exciting presentation of the company and its internal processes, the basics of electrical engineering and office work, team building at the Jetzendorf climbing center, a lifting platform training course, a civil courage seminar, and a first aid course.
"Our apprenticeships are among the best in the industry," says Stefan Kitschke, apprentice manager at the Bachner Group. "We accompany our young people closely throughout their entire training. In addition to vocational school and practical everyday work experience, we offer them internal training and many practical exercises. We teach soft skills such as communicating with customers, teamwork, and presentation, and we prepare them for their exams in practical workshops. We have had the best experience with this high-quality combination of extra modules."
