Bachner Elektro has been working at the intersections of the various power grid levels since the fifties and the electrification of the country's rural regions. A comprehensive expertise in the field of low and medium-voltage technology has been accumulated over the years and in the course of many installations in industry and the continued expansion of our horizons. In 2019, this was brought together under the umbrella of an inter-site department that executes its own projects in addition to supporting the completion of orders.

Medium and Low Voltage Power Supply Networks
Distribution network operators, such as municipal utilities but also large industrial companies, are connected to several voltage levels. We are there to answer your questions on low or medium voltages – up to 52 kilovolts – and develop network concepts for your project.

Transmission Stations
At the junction where medium voltage and low voltage meet, transformers are necessary to adjust the voltage to the respective network level. At the transmission station, the transformed electricity is fed into the respective network. This also serves as both a link to and a separator from the higher-level network. We offer our expertise in the planning, construction, and operation of transmission stations.

Distribution Grid Stations
In substations, electrical energy is transformed from high voltage or extra high voltage networks to the medium voltage level. Downstream, the electricity is fed for further use by means of distribution grid stations. Here, too, we are your first point of contact.

Heavy Load/Heavy Duty Stations
Power-intensive, large-scale industrial production often requires supplying many heavy load centers. At a heavy load station, the medium voltage is converted into the low voltage level at the point of demand by means of a transformer. The shortened low voltage level cable paths allow cable diameters to be reduced and line losses to be avoided. We respond to your individual needs during planning, construction, and operation.

Die Verteilung von elektrischer Energie in jeder Spannungsebene bedarf akribischer Planung. Die entsprechende Auslegung und Konzeption passen wir an den gewünschten Einsatzzweck an. Typgeprüfte Niederspannungsschaltanlagen bis 2000 Ampere fertigen wir individuell in unserem Dingolfinger Schaltanlagenbau. Weitere Anlagen beziehen wir von führenden Herstellern.

Compensation Systems
Compensation systems play a critical role in grid operation and design. This ensures that the reactive power demand is covered at the point of origin. This reduces voltage drops and, ultimately, the load on operating equipment. We support you in the conception, planning, and construction of compensation systems.

Cable Construction and Assembly up to 52 kV
We carry out all cable construction and connection work up to 52 kilovolts. We are very familiar with cable diameters starting at 1/0 AWG. You can also rely on us!

Electrical Busbar Systems
The use of busbar systems offers various advantages over the use of cables in many areas of application. Flexible and easily modifiable connection options are a trump card that is useful to have later when modifying production lines. Thanks to the combination of type-tested and prefabricated components, the use of busbars also offers a number of advantages in the planning of energy transport and distribution.
