Yes, we want to fill all our open positions here on the careers page!
It is always best to send your application for a permanent position to Evelyn Winterstein. Please address applications for an apprenticeship, a dual study program, or an internship to Greta Anneser. They oversee applicant management. However, your contact person may change in the course of the application process.
For the first step, all we need is your current resume detailing your education, training and professional history and experience. If you prefer to detail your experience in a cover letter – that's fine too!
If you already have your current references and certificates available, then feel free to send them to us along with your application.
Not necessary! Apply for a vacancy and indicate in your application what other locations or positions you are interested in. We will consider your application for all eligible positions.
Gladly. Please include in your application the area in which you see yourself working and the location at which you would like to work.
In principle, we want to fill every position as soon as possible. We will determine a concrete start date in discussion with you. This will depend on your graduation date or notice period. The starting date for apprenticeships is September 1 at our German sites and August 1 in Austria.
We can offer student internships individually, so you can always apply for one. You can apply for an apprenticeship or a dual study program one year in advance.
You are more important to us than your graduation certificate. In this spirit, people seeking a career change are also welcome to apply. We individually look your knowledge and qualifications for possible employment with us.
Yes, if we chose someone else for a particular position, it doesn't mean you're not a good fit for Bachner. Perhaps you will be the perfect candidate for another position at a later date.
The interview will be a casual get-to-know-you session in a relaxed atmosphere. Just be open, authentic, and yourself. We also want to make sure you get the best possible picture of life at Bachner. So, please ask us all your questions.
For all further questions, please contact Evelyn Winterstein. You can reach them by phone at 08751 707-39 or by mail at karriere@bachner.de.
Now we will check your application together with the specialist department. If we have a positive impression of you, we will invite you for an interview. This is always followed by prompt feedback. If we would like to recruit you as a new colleague, we can discuss the sample employment contract together. And if the chemistry and overall conditions are a mutual match, then there is nothing standing in the way of your first day at work! Our onboarding day will provide you with all the important information about our company and organizational procedures before you start in your department on your second day with us.
