Volthaus and SenerTec Center Mainburg merge within the Bachner Group to form a new full-service provider.

The Bachner Group is repositioning itself in the renewable energy market: The combined expertise of the two Bachner subsidiaries, Volthaus GmbH and SenerTec Center Mainburg GmbH, will be consolidated in Bachner Green Energy GmbH. As a full-service provider, Bachner Green Energy develops and installs integrated energy solutions for heating, electricity, and e-mobility from a single source. The fundamental idea behind the merger is to offer intelligently networked technologies instead of individual, isolated solutions. But what might these look like? "The energy transition demands hybrid concepts. These can, for example, consist of combining a combined heat and power plant or a photovoltaic system with a heat pump," explains Thomas Üffink, Managing Director of Bachner Green Energy. The individual components are controlled by a comprehensive energy management system. And that also comes from the Bachner Group.

Energy Optimization and Operation: Two Bachner Subsidiaries Join Forces

For its comprehensive energy solutions, Bachner Green Energy is working closely with another Bachner subsidiary: Smart Q Energy Solutions (SQES). The tasks are clearly defined: SQES uses its AI-powered software solutions to optimize and increase the efficiency of energy systems. Bachner Green Energy provides the corresponding hardware, such as combined heat and power plants, photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, energy storage systems, and wallboxes. "We leverage the diversity of our portfolio to offer our customers all services with just one point of contact," summarizes Harald Stark, authorized signatory at Bachner Green Energy, regarding the advantages of this collaboration. Bachner Green Energy offers its complete solutions for private single-family and multi-family homes, care facilities, and commercial and industrial properties. They are also available to energy suppliers and municipal utilities, as well as local authorities and other public sector entities. Customers can access Bachner Green Energy's full range of renewable energy solutions starting at the end of November 2025.
