Bachner Group honors loyal employees

Hans, Sabine, and Gabriele Bachner honored 68 employees for their long-standing loyalty to the Bachner Group and bid farewell to six employees as they entered their well-deserved retirement—one of them after 49 years. Four young employees from the group were also honored for their outstanding achievements during their training, apprenticeships, and dual studies.

The celebrations took place on November 14 at Schuhbauers Tenne in Kirchdorf. “On behalf of the Bachner family and, of course, the management, I would like to thank you all. Your loyalty to our company cannot be taken for granted – rather, you are all beacons for your colleagues, offering guidance and support even in times of great change,” said Hans Bachner to those present at the employee awards ceremony. “I am proud to have you all in our company.”

These are our anniversary celebrants

This year's record holders with 40 years of service come from three different locations: Robin Fersch represents Ingolstadt, Jürgen Goldbrunner Dingolfing, and Angelika Schatzl-Moser the Mainburg branch. Close behind them are Rupert Brauner, Helmut Kiermeier, Klaus Stempfhuber, and Josef Veitl, who have each been with Bachner for 35 years.

The retirement of six loyal employees was also on the agenda that evening. The Bachner family personally thanked Gerd Heinke, Ralf Ebbing, Ernst Hueber, Andreas Kolbe, Winfried Handke, and Manfred Ettenhuber for their loyalty to the company and wished them much joy with their newly gained free time. Ettenhuber also set a record that evening: he has been with Bachner for 49 years.

The two dual students Maria Falter and Tobias Cafuta, the now fully qualified journeyman Sobhan Parwani, and Andreas Klein, a newly qualified master electrician and the 2025 graduate of the year at the Chamber of Crafts for Munich and Upper Bavaria, were also honored for their special achievements.

Even after more than 100 years, the Bachner Group is still a family business. “Each of us here acts according to three important values,” says Hans Bachner in his speech. “We take responsibility: on the one hand for our customers, but on the other hand also for our colleagues and their families. Only by trusting each other can we work together so reliably and continually set new standards. Finally, appreciation is the reason why you are all here today and, at the same time, the basis of our success.”
