The technical inventory documentation, which provides a full description of the required services, is compiled on an ongoing basis in accordance with the building contractor’s delivery specifications. After completion of the work, we hand over the documentation to you in the format and scope you requested. This can also be in the form of a BIM model, which allows you to see all installations in 3D and track them down to the installed item.

Planning with a building information model involves all trades and persons involved in the project working digitally on a 3D model of a building under construction. This makes it possible to use and maintain the building efficiently later on during operation, all the way to optimized conversions and dismantling. Thanks to the transparency of the building’s digital twin, all the materials, components, and devices can be identified promptly and precisely.
