Employee honor 2022
This event was really close to the hearts of our shareholder and the management: After a two-year break due to corona, Bachner was once again able to honor the employees in person. In the Säbener Lounge of the Allianz Arena, Sabine and Hans Bachner expressed their personal thanks to them in a festive setting.
“Our employees make us proud every day. We are aware that we have a very special workforce at Bachner,” said Hans Bachner. Accordingly, the certificates were ceremoniously awarded for many years of loyal service to Bachner. The farewell into the well-deserved retirement could also finally take place again from person to person. To the sounds of the party band “Soundslikeflow” the achievement was celebrated afterwards still together.
Retirement farewells
Hans Bachner was able to say goodbye to Johann Golling, an extremely loyal employee who made a significant contribution to the success of the Ingolstadt site for nine years, in the Allianz Arena. Jakob Sudermann was committed to Bachner for 20 years. At the Dingolfing site, he was known as a tireless expert for heavy work with thick cables. Active at Bachner for 36 years was Edmund Waldherr as the first draftsman at the Dingolfing site. In addition to his tireless efforts on the job, he was also the company bandmaster and a passionate fire department commander. A big thank you for 41 years of active commitment also went to Johann Wühr. As department head in Mainburg, he shaped the management team for decades. Last but not least, Willi Schöll, an always reliable and over-punctual master electrician, is leaving us for retirement. He was loyal to our company for a whole 50 years from his apprenticeship to the founding of the Dingolfing Telecommunications Department (NTDGF) - chapeau!
We wish our future retirees all the best!
