New Managing Director Dr. Ralf Gaffal

Owner Hans Bachner brings in Dr. Ralf Gaffal as new managing director for Bachner Elektro GmbH & Co. KG. Hans Bachner remains owner of the successful family business and the entire group of companies and now concentrates on his role as Managing Director of Bachner Holding GmbH.

Since November 14, 2022, Dr. Ralf Gaffal has been in charge of "Strategy/Corporate Development" together with Erwin Daimer at Bachner Elektro GmbH & Co. KG. He takes over this part from Hans Bachner, who will continue to lead the fortunes of the entire Bachner group of companies as the fourth generation owner. The other central departments of Bachner Elektro GmbH & Co. KG - personnel/organization, administration/finance and production/services - will remain with the current managing directors Christian Neubauer, Günther Plank and Thomas Üffink.

Dr. Ralf Gaffal, a native of Mainburg, was previously Managing Director of the Munich Airport Group, where he was responsible for international business for more than a decade. In the future, he will work with his fellow managing directors to shape the strategic development of Bachner Elektro GmbH & Co. KG. Particularly important to him is a well-balanced mix of healthy growth and the best possible networking of the companies within the Bachner Group.  "Bachner offers a wide range of products and services and enjoys an excellent reputation in the market. Over four generations, Bachner Elektro GmbH & Co. KG has developed into an international group of companies. The core business is still electrical engineering with all its facets.
