Campaign by Chamber of Commerce and Industry for more diversity

We are proud to be a part of the campaign “Eastern Bavaria’s companies for diversity” with a statement by Director Dr. Ralf Gaffal. The campaign was initiated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Regensburg for Oberpfalz / Kelheim. With it, the CCI positions itself for cultural diversity and a more open-minded way of thinking.

It is essential for companies and individuals alike to adopt a multicultural mindset, our Director Dr. Ralf Gaffal says. Our prosperity and our future depend on targeted immigration as well as multiculturalism. Due to demographic change in Germany and Europe, we need skilled workers from abroad now more than ever. We should never underestimate the wealth of experience and expertise of these employees in our entrepreneurial activities, Gaffal continued.
