Ausbildungsstart: 01.09.2025 | Ausbildungsdauer: 3,5 Jahre
- Installation und Inbetriebnahme von MSR-technischen Anlagen (Heizungsanlagen, Druckluftanlagen, Lüftungsanlagen, Kühlwasseranlagen)
- Wartung und Instandsetzung von MSR-technischen Anlagen
- Parametrisierung und Programmieren von Baugruppen
- Messungen und Funktionsprüfungen von MSR-technischen Anlagen
- Guter Realschulabschluss oder höher
- Besonderes Augenmerk legen wir auf die Leistungen in technisch relevanten Fächern
- Freude an handwerklichen Tätigkeiten und Interesse an Elektronik

From their first day of work, all Bachner employees also have private accident insurance. The protection also includes accidents that occur during leisure time and abroad. Our personnel office will handle the compensation payments for you.
Company pension scheme
We finance your retirement provision through the ElektroRente in the amount of up to €60 per month. In addition, you can top up your monthly contributions through deferred compensation. We will support you with another 15 % on top.
Subsidy for daycare centers, day nurseries and daycare for children
We support you in balancing family and career in many ways. For the care of your little ones, you will receive a subsidy of €75 per month and child for a daycare center, crèche or daycare. If available, we offer our colleagues in Mainburg a place in our kindergarten group Igelbau.
Promotion of further and advanced training

It doesn't matter whether it's time to go away or to spend the vacations at home: In order to be able to master the daily challenges that our work brings, an occasional break from everyday life is essential. For this reason, all of our employees receive 30 days of vacation (based on a 5-day week). In addition, no additional vacation has to be taken on Christmas (12/24) and New Year's Eve (12/31).
