Als HR-Business Partner gestalten Sie nicht nur den Weg unserer Mitarbeitenden, sondern auch Ihren eigenen hin zu einer umfassenden Rolle als HR-Business Partner mit.
Die Stelle ist in Voll- oder Teilzeit bei mindestens 30h/Woche zu besetzen. Zusätzlich bieten wir die Flexibilität 2 Tage im Home Office zu arbeiten
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Personalbetreuung im Laufe des kompletten Mitarbeiterzyklus
- Sie sind Sparringspartner für die Führungskräfte in Ihrem Betreuungsbereich und beraten selbstständig in allen personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten
- Sie führen und moderieren souverän und routiniert Beratungs-, Mitarbeiter- und Konfliktgespräche
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung, um Engagement und Zufriedenheit zu steigern
- Zusammen mit uns ermitteln Sie Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in bisher gelebten Prozessen im Personalwesen und setzen entsprechende Maßnahmen um - wir freuen uns auf Ihre Ideen!
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR- Ansprech- und Sparringspartner für Fach-und Führungskräfte, idealerweise von gewerblich-technischem Personal oder aus dem Handwerk
- Gute Kenntnisse im Tarif- und Arbeitsrecht, sowie Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sie bringen Empathie und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen mit - vom Hilfsarbeiter bis zur Geschäftsführung
- Sie haben Lust, mit uns die Dinge zu verändern - Aufgaben gehen Sie aktiv an und finden gemeinsam mit allen Beteiligten die passenden Lösungen
- Sie teilen unseren Teamspirit, legen Wert auf eine offene und konstruktive Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe
