New Bachner Group trainees 2024
2024-09-10
Over 100 trainees in our company for the first time
This year, 38 young people started as trainees in the Bachner Group. Our total number of trainees has thus risen to more than 100 for the first time in the company’s history, making us one of the biggest companies offering vocational training in the region.
Our future staff learn their trade from the very beginning: In eight different areas of vocational training in the electrical engineering, planning or commercial fields at our locations in Mainburg, Oberschleißheim, Dingolfing, Heilsbronn, Ingolstadt, Landshut, Leipzig und Steyr, they secure the future of our company group.
Wide variety of vocational trainings and dual study programs
This year, young people started training as Management Assistants for Office Management, Technical Systems Planner for Electrical Engineering Systems, Electronics Technicians for Power Engineering and Building Technology, Electronics Technicians for Information, Warehouse Logistics Experts and Computer Science Experts for Systems Integration.
Likewise, our two new dual study programs have been well received: Stefan Kitschke, responsible for our trainees, and his team happily welcome students of our Dual Study Program Human Resources Management as well as our DualPlus Study Program Electrical Engineering and Building Automation. The latter focuses on the realization of smart and sustainable buildings – optional specializations are renewable energies, project management and building automation.
“As the Bachner Group’s fields of activity expand, so does the variety of specialist areas and tasks. The development of the market as well as that of our vocational training courses and dual study programs therefore always go hand in hand. This way, we can always meet and exceed requirements,“ Kitschke explains.
Important commitment to craftsmanship
Even though the number of trainees in Germany has been declining for years, we welcome an increasing number of them to the Bachner Group every year. “I am delighted to welcome so many young people to the Bachner Group,” says Managing Director Ralf Gaffal. “Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers, it is an encouraging sign that we have been able to recruit so many people for vocational training or a dual study program with us. This is an important commitment to craftsmanship in our region an important building block for securing the future and growth of our company group.”
