We were awarded with the BAYERNS BEST 50 prize

Elektro Bachner has been honored as one of BAYERNS BEST 50 by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy. Our Managing Directors Thomas Üffink and Dr. Ralf Gaffal accepted the award on behalf of our company at a ceremony at the Schleißheim Palace on July 23rd, 2024.

“We are proud to have received this award,” Gaffal explains. “I would like to take this opportunity to thank our dedicated employees, without whom the continuous growth of our company would not be possible. At Bachner Group, we will continue to take responsibility at our different branches, invest in the development of our company and create attractive jobs and apprenticeships in the respective regions.”

Outstanding company growth

Every year, the 50 fastest-growing Mittelstand companies in Bavaria are honored as BAYERNS BEST 50. Particular attention is paid to the increase in the number of employees and the increase in turnover. The success in these areas has now also been confirmed by the Baker Tilly GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft as an independent jury member according to objective criteria. Founded in 1920, the Bachner Group employs a total of 950 people, who generated a group-wide turnover of more than 250 million euros in 2023.

With modernity and tradition towards success

“Key to our success is always keeping with the times but at the same time, not forgetting out roots,” Üffink says. “When Bachner was founded as a small electrical installation company by Hans Bachner in 1920, electrification was just taking off in Lower Bavaria. Even today we have to constantly keep our eye on the current cutting-edge technology: sustainability, digitalization and AI are just a few topics that are our focus at the moment. But we also offer our core competencies in areas such as electrical installation, security technology and renewable energy solutions in the familiar Bachner quality.”
