A wide range of training opportunities at the Bachner Group

The Bachner Group welcomes 38 new trainees and dual students this year. This brings the total number of young people completing their training or dual studies at the company group to 129 across all apprenticeship years – making the Bachner Group one of the largest training companies in the region.
“The apprenticeship programs at our company are diverse,” says Stefan Kitschke, responsible for the trainees at the Bachner Group. “In addition to office jobs, the new trainees are also distributed across planning and technical professions.”
A total of ten different apprenticeships and dual study programs are offered at the nine locations in Mainburg, Munich, Dingolfing, Leipzig, Steyr, Landshut, Ingolstadt, and Zwönitz. In addition, the group of companies offers entry-level opportunities for all school qualifications—from Qualifizierender Mittelschulabschluss to Abitur.

Well-trained specialists for the future

“Our areas of expertise at the Bachner Group are constantly expanding—and with them, the variety of specialist areas and tasks. Market developments and the development of our training programs therefore always go hand in hand,” explains Dr. Ralf Gaffal, Managing Director of the Bachner Group. “We are delighted to welcome not only an increasing number of graduates with Abitur to our dual study programs, but also, for the first time this year, an apprentice for the profession of electronics technician for building systems integration in our company.”
This particular apprenticeship program has only been in existence since 2021 – the Bachner Group is one of the first companies in Germany to offer it. Prospective electronics technicians for building systems integration learn how to plan, network, and intelligently control complex building technology systems such as energy supply, security technology, and IT infrastructure.

Easy start thanks to introductory weeks

During the first two weeks, the trainees and dual students of the Bachner Group received a detailed introduction to the company, their tasks for the coming years, and, of course, the world of work. In addition to a personal welcome from one of the Managing Directors, the schedule also included initial training in circuit design at our Bachner Campus training academy, as well as first aid and lifting platform courses.
“The aim of our introductory weeks is also to help the young people get to know each other better,” says Kitschke, explaining the concept. To strengthen this team spirit, the future trainees went on a joint outing to a climbing park before the actual work week began.
