The stationary HealthyScan Terminal works autonomously and without the need for an internet connection. It is somewhat reminiscent of the simple self-check-in solutions found at airports. HealthyScan Terminal is perfect for use in companies, allowing, for example, employees to scan their Covid QR code and place their employee ID card in front of the RFID reader before starting work. Furthermore, ID cards may also be scanned via a separate reader. Upon validating the data and comparing it against the personnel system, a green LED display appears and the workday can start. A major advantage for companies is that all access data is documented in a legally secure and reliable form.
Flexibility squared: HealthyScan as a mobile tablet version or app.
The HealthyScan Flex mobile version allows, for example, a tablet to be placed on a reception counter, where the tablet’s camera then scans a Covid certificate and the staff number is manually typed in on the display.
The HealthyScan app is ideal for environments in which external company guests need to check in. For example, restaurants can save precious service staff time by checking guests' certificates as quickly as possible, either on entry or as needed. The HealthyScan app goes one step further than many other apps by considering the needs of the guests and providing concrete instructions. For example, if “2G” is in force, missing proof of a negative test is indicated immediately. The HealthyScan app can also be manually reconfigured to the regulations of each state. Moreover, the app does not store any data in the background and is not connected to any other system.
