Bachner Group honors long-standing employees and outstanding trainees
At a festive event on November 14 at Schuhbauers Tenne in Kirchdorf, the Bachner Group honored 43 employees for their many years of loyalty to the company and bid farewell to three employees on their well-deserved retirement. For the first time, five trainees who had completed their training with outstanding achievements were also honored.
Anniversaries with impressive milestonesAnton Sirl from Oberschleissheim, who set a new record of 45 years with the company, was particularly highlighted. He was closely followed by Klaus Werner and Albert Eichlinger, who have both been part of the Bachner Group for 40 years. Further honors went to Martin Schmidt and Karl Bichler (35 years), Daniel Traurig and Tobias Schweiberger (30 years) and eleven employees with 25 years of loyalty each. Numerous other anniversaries with 20, 15 and 10 years of service were also duly celebrated.
Ariana Ferizi, Matthias Daum, Benjamin Jarosch, Josip Ladan and Mathias Krauser were honored for their outstanding training qualifications.
Retirement farewells
In addition to the honors, the Bachner Group said goodbye to three valued employees: Renate Metz, who worked in the electrical trade “Bachner Home” for decades, Gerd Eisenacher, who supported the planning department for five years, and Gerhard Auer, who most recently acted as division manager and can look back on 45 years with the company.
Values as the basis of successHans Bachner, who presented the awards together with Sabine and Gabriele Bachner, emphasized the importance of the corporate culture: “Responsibility, trust and appreciation are the pillars of our success - and the reason why we are gathered here today.”
